We are a licensed, federally permitted and insured fishing company that offers competitive rates along side the other local charter services in our area. There is an influx of “charter boats” that are not federally permitted who will keep you within their 9 mile limit. These charters are not legally bound to operate beyond 9 miles, so if the price seems to good to be true they maybe are. So please keep that in mind as you are comparing charters and rates!
No Call, No Shows forfeit the deposit money being held and reserves the right for the Captain to charge the full balance to be charged to the card number on file.
Please allow at least 7 days or one week before your charter for a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel less than 7 days of your charter, Captain reserves the right to keep your deposit and charge the full balance to your card on file.
Credit Card fee of 4% will be added to the total balance if paying with a major credit or debit card. Cash is preferred!
